By using TimeTrack Pro ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the Settings page. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan at the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any rights to your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeTrack Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@timetrackpro.co.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
